Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the execution of M&A and ECM transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis.
*Collaborate with senior team members to prepare marketing materials, conduct due diligence, and manage transaction processes.
*Engage directly with clients from the outset, representing the firm in client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
*Lead and oversee pitch work and financial analysis, mentoring junior team members as required.
*Stay informed of market trends, client activity, and industry developments, providing strategic insights to the team and clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
*Previous M&A experience, with a strong focus on the Financial Institution subsectors (asset management, debt servicing, sponsors or insurance).
*Proven expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and cash flow modeling.
*A minimum of a 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
*Additional European language skills are advantageous.
Personal Attributes:
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
*A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
