Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our client on a long term basis, based in Wokingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to support the organisation’s talent acquisition efforts and make an immediate impact.
The key focus of this role is to clear a backlog of candidates, and manage the (ATS) effectively.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Review and clear the current candidate backlog, ensuring all applicants are processed efficiently and fairly.
*Organise, update, and maintain the ATS, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
*Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet the organisation’s recruitment needs.
*Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on candidate progress.
*Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
*Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
Profile
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role.
*Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience in managing candidate pipelines.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
*A proactive approach and a can-do attitude.
