Job Description:
Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Leeds
This position is with an expanding, national financial planning practice that have several offices across the UK and are continuing to grow.
They place an emphasis on client care and providing a tailored solution. They have a broad offering for clients, providing advice across a range of cases including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & employee benefits along with some corporate financial planning. They have long-standing relationships with a great deal of their clients and have an excellent client-retention rate to go with this.
Offering exam support, a strong benefits package and a friendly, collaborative working environment. This role would be a fantastic option for someone who enjoys administration or is looking to work within a financial services firm.
The Role:
This role would sit within the back-office function of the business and would involve providing administrative support to both the paraplanning team and Financial Planners within the business. The ideal candidate would have an administrative background working within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Duties would include preparing client reviews, liaising with providers and clients, conducting research, producing valuations & illustrations, producing meeting packs and working with the paraplanner/advisors to help the clients.

*Experience of working within a Financial Planning firm
*Experience using Intelligent Office
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and numerical skills with a genuine interest in finance.
*Ability to manage own workloads and work to deadlines
