Hybrid Sales Administrator | Warrington | Salary: £30k + Benefits
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible working hours
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days working from home)
About the Role
Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a global and successful organisation who supply products to the construction industry! As the Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations and production teams. The product is technical and therefore we need a numerical, self-motivated individual who can learn quickly and has a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator (but not limited to)
*Processing and placing orders.
*Customer Service: Respond to daily email enquiries and calls from customers, maintaining high resolution standards and a professional, empathetic approach.
*Administrative Tasks: Execute daily administrative duties to facilitate efficient order fulfilment, keeping KPIs in focus.
*Producing detailed reports on Excel.
*Providing detailed quotations.
*Ability to interpret date, designs and drawings.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations confidently and proactively.
