*Job Type: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, 2-3 days at home, plus some site visits)

Day-to-day of the role: *Assist in the recruitment of landlords to expand the available housing options.
*Manage interactions with customers, including property viewings and signing up for properties.
*Liaise with private landlords and some estate agents to secure housing solutions.
*Conduct ongoing housing management tasks with current council tenants.
*Ensure all activities are carried out with high communication standards and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong communication skills are essential.
*Experience in housing, homelessness services, or working with vulnerable groups is highly desirable.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
*Experience dealing with private landlords and estate agents is advantageous.
