Your new company

You will be working for a large FM company who manage the maintenance for companies across the UK.

Your new role

Your role will involve the running of the site, including full TFM (cleaning, catering, waste, Engineering) 3 x Engineers based on site with a team of cleaners and canteen staff. Day to day running and managing customers on site. PPM management, extra works and anything in-between.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or relevant position.
*Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
*Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
