RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company who are based near Shipley, West Yorkshire and looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on full time, permanent basis.
This role will report into the financial controller and join a small team within accounts, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work close with a senior finance member and develop with month end etc.
Duties will include:
*Bank reconciliations
*Processing weekly and monthly payroll
*Assisting with SSP/SMP/SPP
*Processing purchase invoices; uploading invoices, matching and coding invoices
*Payment runs
*Supplier statements
*Credit control duties
*Assisting with accruals/prepayments
*Assisting with some month end duties
*Assisting with full end to end payroll (full training provided)
*Other adhoc duties within accounts
