Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and engaged.
*Follow lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work to a high standard.
*Maintain a calm, respectful classroom environment in line with school policies.
*Support students who need help understanding the material and encourage their progress.
*Work closely with teachers and other staff to understand student needs and school routines.
*Contribute to the wider school community through occasional involvement in school activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Experience in an educational or supervisory role is preferred but not essential.
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
