Your Key Responsibilities:
*Take the lead on acquiring new accounts, following up on quotations, and driving conversions with confidence.
*Build and deepen relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their recycling needs.
*Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, engaging clients through phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
*Stay current on market trends, using your insights to drive strategic engagement.
*Deliver high-quality service, handling quotes, orders, and delivery management efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
*Ambition and confidence to engage new prospects and grow accounts.
*Commercial savvy and a talent for spotting opportunities in the recycling sector.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear, compelling solutions.
*A collaborative spirit with the ability to work both independently and with a team.
*Flexibility and readiness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals.
*Proven ability to exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
*Recycling industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
*A full UK driving licence.
