The role

Responsibility for supporting the delivery of the production plan over an 8-hour period by supporting and driving improvement plans, CI initiatives, budget and resources to support the overall Edinburgh site improvement strategy and in particular performance of lines within area.

*A Catering qualification is needed for this role – 706/1 706/2 City & Guilds or equivalent*

Key accountabilities

• Completion of temperature cooking & hot holding records
• Completion of Fridge & freezer temperature records
• Scourer & Tea towel change records
• Food wastage sheets for each hot shift

Skills & experience

• Previous experience working with a catering facility
• Catering qualification 706/1 706/2 City & Guilds or equivalent 
• Allergen training • Catering qualification
• Experience serving customers and cash handling
