Job Description:
Our client is a highly reputable managing agent known for excellence in the residential sector. This position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio with small number of large and complex sites amongst other smaller sites, making a significant impact on their clients and their communities.
Key responsibilities:
*Oversee and manage a portfolio of large and complex leasehold properties.
*Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property values and residents’ satisfaction.
*Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
*Manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge collection.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
Requirements:
*Significant experience in leasehold and block management.
*Proficiency in property management software and tools.
*Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
