Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, looking to expand its team based in Birmingham. Looking for an ambitious individual who’s keen on developing their career and client relationships.
Role Requirements -
*Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice.
*Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
*Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews.
*Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions.
*Enhance systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
Personal Requirements -
*ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience.
*Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom).
*Excellent client relationship management and team management skills.
*Team player who values collaboration and supports colleagues.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
