Role Overview
As a Nursery Teacher, you will:
Inspire Young Learners: Lead the nursery class with creativity and dedication, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports early childhood development.
Deliver the Curriculum: Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of nursery-aged children, preparing them for their educational journey.
Foster Inclusivity: Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve.
Utilise a Beautiful Outdoor Area: Incorporate the school’s well-designed outdoor space to enhance learning and promote exploration, creativity, and physical development.
Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with teaching assistants, fellow educators, and parents to ensure holistic support for each child’s learning and development.
Monitor Progress: Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods to cater to individual needs effectively.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (mandatory requirement).
Have demonstrated experience in early years or nursery teaching.
Be deeply passionate about early childhood education, with a strong commitment to nurturing and supporting young learners.
Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Display creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to foster an inspiring learning environment.
