Job Purpose
Our role is to provide exhibitors with solutions that help them bring their events to life by utilising audio-visual technologies. This ensures that clients use the best presentation products and technologies to help them promote their products and services on their exhibition stand.
We’ve won some exciting new clients recently and are growing as a company. That’s why we’re looking for a bright, motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide support to our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
*You will act as administration support to our onsite sales and technical staff
*You will receive and process orders directly from clients and from Aztec’s web shop
*You will utilise Aztec’s CRM to provide up to date management information and reports

Are you a quick learner, interested in technology, and, passionate about providing excellent levels of service? Then this could be the role for you!
In addition to the above, in order to be successful with your application, we would expect you to have the following:
*Experience of working in a fast-paced office team, contributing ideas and knowledge
*A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn about new technology that might enhance our clients’ experiences
*A good level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication in English
*Very good IT skills including being competent with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

This is an office-based role where you will be working Monday to Friday from our office at the Business Design Centre, Islington. There is some flexibility regarding working hours.
