*Collaborate with the Group HR Manager to maintain and update the Recruitment Strategy that aligns with our business goals.
*Work closely with hiring managers to craft detailed job descriptions and compelling job adverts to attract top candidates.
*Build and maintain relationships with potential talent, ensuring a robust talent pool for quick vacancy fulfilment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Develop and update recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Manager, aligning with overall business objectives.
*Create and refine job descriptions and adverts, working alongside hiring managers to ensure accuracy and appeal.
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening CVs to arranging interviews and negotiating offers.
*Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setups, and induction coordination.
*Provide comprehensive HR support, including documentation management, investigation participation, and assistance with HR meetings and exit interviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
*Proficiency with HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
*Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
*CIPD Level 3 or above is desirable but not essential.
