Job Description:
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with customers via inbound calls & emails, providing assistance and guidance to their queries.

This client is a well-established legal business within Liverpool. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Liverpool office for 3 months.
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
*Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base
*Providing assistance and guidance to the customer
*Processing information and updating CRM system
*Creating cases on the system for the teams to assist the customer
*Liaising with internal teams to better assist the customer
Profile
To be successful in this role:
*A strong background in customer service, particularly within a telephony based role
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.
*A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
*The ability to work well in a team.
*Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
