Role overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Portaltech, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. This includes creating engaging content, planning and organizing events, managing digital marketing efforts, and supporting the sales team with collateral and lead generation. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to elevating Portaltech’s presence within the market and across the Reply Network.
Responsibilities: *Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to align with company goals, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth within the approved budget
*Create engaging content (posts, videos, case studies, interviews) to showcase the team’s expertise and promote Portaltech’s activities
*Plan and organize events, both internal and external, to engage potential clients, raise awareness, and support lead generation
*Manage digital marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns) to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost the company’s online presence
*Collaborate with the sales team to develop collateral and support business development activities, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales goals
*Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and market trends to optimize results and stay within budget
About the candidate: *Bachelor’s degree or specialisation related to Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
*A passion for marketing, preferably with some experience in the tech industry
*Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
*Excellent content creation skills, including writing, video production, and design
*Some experience in event planning is desirable
*Good organizational, task management, communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
*Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to marketing, with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and provide insight
