Industrial Disease Fee Earner
An Industrial Disease or Personal Injury Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is a highly regarded and well established law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an Industrial Disease or Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their award winning team.
You will handle a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, including but not limited to:
*Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)
*Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)
*Occupational Asthma
*Asbestos-related illnesses
*Dermatitis and other workplace-related diseases
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception to settlement, providing expert legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
You will ideally have prior industrial disease experience but we are also happy to consider experienced personal injury fee earners who are looking to re train into Occupational Disease work. There is remote and flexible working available and a market leading benefits package on offer.
