*Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR regulations.
*Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
*Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies.
*Contribute to the organisation of company events and staff training sessions.
*Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Profile
A successful ’HR Administrator’ should have:
*A strong academic background with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
*Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role within the professional services industry.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
*A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
