Description
*Leading the sourcing strategy for all ingredients in Europe.
*Building strong relationships with global suppliers.
*Work closely with NPD, Menu Development and Quality teams.
*Work in a fast paced and dynamic supply chain team.
Profile
*6 + years of experience within procurement of ingredients
*Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
*A passion for the food industry
*Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
*The ability to work in London 3 days pw
