Location: Ringwood
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: Circa £65K basic, £80K OTE

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable distribution Company who are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
*Being fully accountable for sales.
*Driving new business.
*Hitting your own new business targets.
*Controlling and maintaining overall trading margin.
*Managing a team of Field Sales Representatives and the Internal Sales Team.
*Managing recruitment of the sales team when required.
*Attending trade events.
*Working with the senior management team to develop company strategy.
*Presenting budgets, strategy plans and mid-year reviews.
*Reporting weekly updates to the Managing Director and Head of Finance.
Requirements of the Sales Manager
*Must be sales driven and hungry to succeed.
*Able to demonstrate a good track record of sales and hitting targets.
*Possess strong leadership and managerial skills.
*Strong analytical skills and numbers driven.
*Ability to build good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
*Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
