Oliver James are on the lookout for an inspiring leader to head up the Dynamics & Power Platform team for a prominent Managed Services Provider. Our client are ranked one of the Top 15 companies to work for in the country, one of the UK’s largest providers of business software and services, supporting over 20,000 global customers across critical sectors.

Role Overview:

As Head of Dynamics & Power Platform, you will lead a talented team of consultants, project managers, architects, and developers. Your mission will be to deliver transformational change for our customers, drive exceptional service, and support business growth.

What You’ll Do:

* Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous development in a team of Dynamics and Power Platform professionals.
* Manage a portfolio of customer projects, delivering transformative Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure the right skills are available to meet demand, balancing billable utilisation with professional development.
* Shape Technical Strategy: Lead development of technical strategies and best practices, focusing on automation, business intelligence, and data management.
* Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to scope, estimate, and transition projects smoothly from sales to delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven leadership in Dynamics and Power Platform project delivery
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Modern Workplace, and Cloud technologies
* Commercial savvy, especially in a consulting environment
* Experience mentoring high-performing teams
* Proficiency in both traditional and agile project methodologies
