Job Description:
Spa Therapist - Full time
Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: £25,500 annually plus a share of gratuities and a commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of spa treatments at an exceptionally high standard
- Achieve consistent retail targets
- Build a regular client base
- Ensure treatment rooms are immaculate, clean, and hygienic at all times
- Perform other reasonable tasks requested by the management team to aid smooth spa operations
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Beauty Qualification Level 3 or equivalent
- Essential previous spa experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- CACI training is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Must have own transport
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Other:
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week
- Shift rota provided in advance
