Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s market leading client are keen to add an Operational Accountant to the current team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global firm based in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The current team are responsible for front to back accounting, control and reporting and working to challenging deadlines.

Key duties of the role include:
*Manage the accounting, reporting, and analysis for aspects of the firms global employee compensation.
*Work closely alongside internal finance teams to ensure interpretation and implementation of new accounting policies and new compensation arrangements.
*Ensure a strong control environment is maintained.
*In depth analysis of large datasets to provide information and insights across a wide range of stakeholders.
*Deliver continuous improvements through automation and process enhancement.
Experience required:
*ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant with two years PQE.
*Strong experience in finance processes, controls and reporting.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
*Experience leading and developing a team.
