Accounts Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning financial services company with over 40 years of excellent customer service.
Place of work: Godalming offices.
Salary: 25k
Benefits include:

Key responsibilities:
As a member of the Accounts team, you will be expected to provide administration duties and support to provide a dedicated office and client service.
Duties to include:
*Sales Ledger Invoicing
*Generate WIP Reports for review
*Post Sales Ledger Receipts
*Aged Debtor Statements/Letters
*Code/Enter Purchase Ledger Invoices
*Billable Time Reports
*Raise Credit Notes
*Filing/Scanning
*Supplier Payment Run/Ad hoc payments
*Ad Hoc Reports
Skills/Experience required:
*A good grasp of modern office practices
*Organisational skills
*Ability to multitask, and plan own workload to meet business requirements and service level agreements
*Numerate, with good Microsoft Office skills
*Articulate, with ability to speak to high net worth individuals and senior level staff
*Good team player with excellent communication skills
