Job Description:
Job Title: Private Client Locum
Job Reference: EIB / 8747
Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to join an established firm in Lancashire on a temporary basis
The successful candidate will either be a Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive.
Duration of Assignment: 9 months with strong possibility of extension
In addition, this position will have a hybrid working arrangement.
Duties:
• Handling a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and financial advisors to provide clear and tailored advice
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all client matters and transactions
Rate: £40-£50 per hour (dependent on prior experience)
