Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join an acquisitive PE backed business. This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive salary of £60,000–£65,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional development.
About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business with forecasting, analysis, and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights that improve profitability and align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and deliver insightful performance reports for senior management and the Board.
*Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and identifying key drivers and KPIs.
*Analyse monthly management accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Provide financial support to regions and functional heads, assisting with operational planning and profitability initiatives.
*Collaborate on commercial activities, including bids, tenders, and pricing analysis.
*Contribute to system and process transformation projects to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
Skills/Experience:
*Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with at least two years of experience in FP&A or business partnering.
*Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, budgeting, and KPI analysis.
*Proven ability to communicate complex data effectively, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
*Results-driven, resilient, and adept at influencing stakeholders across all levels.
*Experience in a multi-site, B2B environment would be advantageous.
