Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
*Read and interpret technical drawings to guide project execution.
*Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
*Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
*Implement PRINCE2 methodologies to ensure best practices in project delivery.
*Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
*Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
*Relevant qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2 certification).
*Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role, ideally within the engineering sector.
*Strong understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
*Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
*Exceptional customer-facing skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
