The Role:
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead key initiatives to deliver measurable change. You’ll drive programmes from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborating with senior leaders and teams, you will manage risks, budgets, and timelines while fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the delivery of major programmes, ensuring they meet goals and deadlines.
*Manage risks, dependencies, and budgets to keep programmes on track.
*Work closely with teams and senior leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.
*Communicate updates clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
*Support programme adoption through effective change management plans.
*Guide and mentor programme and project managers to ensure high performance.
*Oversee budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
*Promote collaboration across business, finance, and technology teams.
Location: We offer hybrid working arrangements to promote flexibility and productivity, with a minimum requirement of two days per week at either our London or Nuneaton Hub.
The Person:
*Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in retail.
*Expertise in programme management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean) and tools like Jira or Monday.com.
*Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Strategic problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments.
*Proven ability to manage complex projects with critical deadlines.
