Job Description:
Business Development Manager - Industry Specialist
CRP Group, in partnership with a national hydraulic market leader, is seeking 2-3 dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join a rapidly growing team of industry sales specialists
We are seeking individuals with proven expertise and established connections in at least one of the following sectors:
*Rail
*Food & Beverage
*Manufacturing
*Environmental
*Material Handling
*Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
*Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base across key industries
*Maintain and build strong relationships with clients across your specialised industry, ensuring exceptional service delivery to support long-term growth.
Essential Skills:
*Previous experience in a sales or business development position, particularly within at least one of the listed sectors.
*Ability to demonstrate success in building and maintaining key industry relationships.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
*Self-motivated with strong time management and persuasive abilities.
*A collaborative team player, driven to exceed targets and deliver results.
*Demonstrates a balance between quality service and commercial pressures.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in business development or account management with a strong network in relevant sectors.
*Full UK driving license.
