Your job description and duties:
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities effectively.
*Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning tasks and development.
*Help maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
*Assist in monitoring student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to student reports.
*Help prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring they are ready for use in lessons.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
*Have Right to work in the UK
*Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
*Provide 2 proven professional references
*Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an educational setting,
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with young students.
*A nurturing and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting student development.
*Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team of educators and support staff.
*Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the varying needs of students.
