Job Description:

**What You Will Do:**
- Manage and report on agricultural sustainability data, ensuring robustness and auditability.
- Collect, analyse, and provide feedback on farm carbon footprints using a Farm Carbon Footprinting tool.
- Handle feed raw material sustainability data, managing and reporting as necessary.
- Analyse data to offer insights into current performance, progress against KPIs, and identify best practices for sustainability improvements.
- Work closely with the Head of Sustainability and agricultural teams to support the development and application of sustainability assessment tools.
- Contribute to the company’s annual Responsible Business Report and internal engagement programs focusing on water, waste, plastics, and energy usage.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft Office Applications, including PowerBI.
- A solid understanding of agriculture & food systems, with experience in poultry supply chains being highly desirable.
- Proven experience in gathering and interpreting large data sets, presenting them in an easily understandable format.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving license.
