Barker Munro Recruitment has an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Commercial Account handler and take your career to new heights! You do not have to have Commercial insurance experience as they will also consider personal lines experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Vehicles Adjustments and other MTA’s like Change of Address
- Engage in ad-hoc re-broking cases to meet unique requirements, showcasing your problem-solving skills
- Drive cross-selling and New Business opportunities on enterprise cases, unleashing your entrepreneurial spirit
- Handle daily caseloads for incoming post enquiries and emails with precision
- Cultivate lasting Client and Customer Relations to boost retention and satisfaction
Person Specifications:
- Previous insurance experience, demonstrating your industry know-how
- Project confidence with a polished telephone manner
- Showcase your excellent communication skills and ability to express complex ideas with clarity
- Display your organised and systematic approach to work, emphasising your attention to detail
- Demonstrate your self-starter and self-motivated nature, thriving in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Exhibit your ability to work independently and make decisions that drive results
