Job Description:
Teaching Assistants Required at SEN School in Haywards Heath.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students’ learning needs.

*Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
*Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
*Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and contribute to their development.
Requirements:
*Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
*A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting students’ growth and learning.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable, but not essential.
