Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We’re looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help students thrive by providing support in the classroom and assisting with their individual learning needs. If you’re caring, patient, and ready to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Support students with special educational needs in class and during activities
*Help deliver tailored learning programs alongside teachers
*Assist with personal care needs, where necessary
*Encourage students’ social and emotional development
*Work closely with the team to ensure students’ needs are met
Who We’re Looking For:
*Someone with a passion for supporting children with special needs
*Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential
*A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
*Great teamwork and communication skills
*Relevant training or qualifications are a bonus
