We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Manager to support our growing presence in the thrilling world of Formula 1. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential financial support to the account and operations lead, ensuring robust business performance and fostering effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Support:
*Partner with stakeholders (financial and non-financial) to drive commercial and operational decisions.
*Conduct proactive financial analysis to support business decision-making, highlighting risks and opportunities.
*Manage financial risks arising from contract mechanisms and business performance, ensuring clarity on volumetric impacts.
*Oversee balance sheet management, identifying and addressing financial risks.
*Drive improvements in working capital targets.
Performance Management:
*Deliver key business reporting, including month-end reports, business reviews, budgets, and ad-hoc analyses.
*Perform monthly balance sheet reviews, escalating risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
*Promote improvements in working capital through accurate billing and debt ledger management.
*Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
*Monitor initiative delivery plans, challenging operational teams to mitigate risks and meet objectives.
*Support tenders, negotiations, and capital expenditure appraisals with robust financial analysis.
*Ensure seamless financial operations during contract mobilization, adhering to timelines.
Relationship Management:
*Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering career development and enhancing business partnering.
What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:
*Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with a breadth of accounting experience.
*Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to challenge and influence effectively.
*Strong numeric and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Proficiency in developing and managing complex spreadsheets.
*Commercial finance experience with a track record of driving business results.
*Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong ability to analyse, evaluate, and present financial information logically.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
*Experience in a multi-site, multi-contract organization.
*Familiarity with SAP and Cognos systems.
*Previous team management experience.
