£26,000 - £38,000 + uncapped commission

This role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, therefore right to work in the UK is a requirement.
Working hours:
Term time: 7:30 – 4:30/5:30
School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pmapprox.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
*Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools
*Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
*Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos
*Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM
*Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates
*Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis
*Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly
*Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships
*Collaborate with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work
*Maintain up to date industry knowledge
*Reviewing your performance to continually improve

Key skills required:
*Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role
