Description
Accounts Controller - Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Lead monthly management accounts preparation and analysis for multiple business units
*Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to senior management
*Business partner with operational managers to improve financial performance and decision-making
*Oversee a team of 3 finance professionals, developing their capabilities and ensuring delivery of objectives
*Implement process improvements and strengthen financial controls
*Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and group finance function
Profile
Accounts Controller - Required Experience and Qualifications:
*ACCA/CIMA qualified or actively studying
*Proven experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics environment
*Strong track record in business partnering and financial analysis
*Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
*Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
