The Role:
As a CNC Programmer / Vertical Borer Operator, you will:
*Program, set, and operate medium to large-capacity CNC lathes/Vertical Borers (over 2.5m swing, components up to 10 tonnes) using Fanuc controls.
*Write new programs from technical drawings and edit existing ones.
*Utilize modern tooling and methods to deliver precision work with minimal supervision.
*Work across either Day or Afternoon shifts as required.
Key Requirements:
*Apprentice trained or fully skilled operator.
*Experience with Fanuc controls, including canned cycles.
*Strong understanding of technical drawings, tooling, and programming.
