Job Purpose
*Lead the provision of advisory services for a varied client portfolio
*Work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, partnerships, corporates, and trusts
*Preparation of technical tax advisory work, including reports for internal teams, non-tax stakeholders, and direct to client notes
*Manage complex HMRC enquiries and disclosures with a strong understanding of various UK tax issues
*Review work prepared by junior staff, providing constructive feedback and identifying knowledge gaps
*Work closely across departments to provide guidance on tax matters
*Champion professional development across the team, providing training where needed
*Driving service excellence with a keen eye for detail
*Monitor changes to tax regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities
*Build strong rapport with clients, providing updates and proactively handling queries

Job Requirements
*ATT or CTA qualified or qualified by extensive experience
*Impressive experience within UK practice
*Highly personable and an excellent communicator, both on paper and in person
*Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
*Highly organised, with the ability to managing own workload autonomously
*Good at working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
*Self-motivated, professional and reliable
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
*An enthusiasm to progress within the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
