Description
*Lead financial planning and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
*Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
*Prepare comprehensive financial updates for senior management.
*Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to align financial plans.
*Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
*Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
*Proficient knowledge in financial modelling and analysis.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
*A professional accounting qualification would be an advantage.
