Job Description:
Health and Safety Administrator/Advisor
Nuneaton
£30,000 plus benefits
Our client a leading UK Logistics and services company are currently seeking a health and safety administrator to join this fast paced business, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining health and safety policies: Ensuring that health and safety policies and procedures are up to date.
Supporting the health and safety team: Providing administrative support to the health and safety team, including answering queries, dealing with issues, and providing cover for other team members.
Communicating with staff: Communicating with staff, managers, and other departments.
Handling correspondence: Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail, and distributing routine correspondence.
Maintaining confidentiality: Ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
Monitoring training records: Monitoring health and safety training records.
Other responsibilities may include:
*Promoting equality and diversity
*Challenging stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination
*Using training and development processes to improve work quality
*Advising and supporting others
*Establishing constructive relationships with colleagues
