Position Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lessons, managing classroom behavior, and providing tailored support to individual or small groups of students.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.
*Support students’ learning and development, including those with special educational needs.
*Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
*Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to enhance their learning experience.
*Assist with classroom management and behavior, ensuring school policies are followed.
*Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience within the UK (required).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for working in education.
*Experience supporting students with special educational needs is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £95.00-£115.00 per day
