Job Description:
Site Sales Consultant
Based in Pluckley
Part-Time, Tuesday & Wednesday 9-5pm
Salary: Competitive
We are working with a bespoke property finance company to find a successful and proactive Site Sales Consultant to join their team in Pluckley. We’re seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and proven negotiation experience for this role.
What will you deliver?
*Proactively sell New Homes, follow up leads and book viewing appointments.
*Prepare the Show Homes for viewings.
*Respond to all enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
*Welcome visitors and accompany them round all site visits.
*Update internal CRM systems and provide weekly reports.
*Keep regular contact with all purchasers offering regular updates.
*Sales progressions - liaise with purchasers, agents & solicitors to make sure sales are on track.
*Ensure all personal information is managed in accordance with GDPR Guidelines.
*Keep up to date with promotions and events.
Essential/Desirable Characteristics:
*New homes sales experience, not essential
*Driving licence and access to own vehicle
*Organised and have good attention to detail
*Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
*Able to communicate confidently at all levels
*Proficient in IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Willing to go the extra mile
