Job Description:
This role is for an Admin Support in a Not For Profit environment, who will be a crucial team member within the Secretarial & Business Support department in Liverpool.

Description
*Providing administrative assistance to various departments.
*Coordinating and maintaining records for staff, office space, telephones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
*Creating and modifying documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software.
*Conducting research, compiling data and preparing papers for consideration and presentation to the Executive Director, staff and Board of Trustees.
*Establishing, developing, maintaining and updating filing system for the Executive Director and the senior management team.
*Retrieving information from files when needed.
*Organising and prioritising large volumes of information and calls.
*Handling confidential and non-routine information.
Profile
A successful Admin Support should have:
*A strong background in administrative roles.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
*Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks.
*A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
*Experience in the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not necessary.
