Key Responsibilities
*Manage and oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio.
*Provide strategic business advice to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
*Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high standards of work are maintained.
*Review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
Requirements *Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
*Proven ability to manage a team and build client relationships.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
