Credit Controller

Job Description:
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a supplier to the construction industry in their search for a an experienced Credit Controller to work from their head office facility in Chester. 
For the successful Credit Controller our client is offering:
*£25,000  per annum DOE
*35 hours a week Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00  and Friday 08:30 – 12:30
*Permanent Role
The role - Credit Controller : 
*Processing of cash receipts including forecasting
*Processing of credit notes and manual invoices as required
*Collection of outstanding debt – including more complex construction debtors
*Reporting on outstanding debt
*Maintaining positive working relationships and communication with external and internal customers and other stakeholders
*Posting of finance transactions and maintaining records
*Supportive assistance across the wider finance team and ledgers as required
*Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Management Accountant (full training will be provided)

What our client is looking for in a Credit Controller :
*Experience working within credit control / sales ledger / accounts receivable - ESSENTIAL
*Negotiation skills - ESSENTIAL
*Attention to detail
*Knowledge of SAGE - DESIREABLE
*MS Excel (Intermediate / Advanced) - ESSENTIAL
