Legal Secretary
Nouvo recruitment are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their client’s successful law firm based in North - West London.
Responsibilities:
Receiving post and scanning onto our systems.
Answering the telephone.
Corresponding via email.
Opening files.
Preparing client care documentation.
Ordering searches (search packs and pre-exchange searches i.e. OS1s, bankruptcy searches, Lawyer Checker).
Updating/chasing agents.
Dealing with post completion matters i.e. AP1s, SDLTs.
Dealing with exchange/completion letters.
Closing files.

Ideal Candidate:
2+ years’ experience within a legal secretary role is essential.
Conveyancing background is preferred.
Fully proficient with Microsoft applications and have experience of audio typing (preferably legal) and handling client enquiries.
Excellent communication skills.
