Job Description:
Senior Negotiator / Valuer
You will be responsible for helping to drive the sales department forward and bringing new ideas to the table working with a great team of Negotiators, in a role where you will need to hit the ground running, your ambition and determination will make you stand out for this fantastic role.
Our client is a well-regarded Estate Agency who have a high-net-worth international client base with a reputation that is unquestionable, always going above and beyond.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings
*Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings
*Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations
*Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients
*Selling of services to new and existing clients
Skills required for the job.
*Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within the area
*A sense of urgency for goal achievement
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Confident and enthusiastic communication style
*Self-starting with the desire to succeed.
*Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly.
*Negotiation skills
*Good IT literacy skills
