Job Description:
The Credit Controller is a vital role within the Accounting & Finance department of a prominent firm in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. This position is responsible for monitoring and managing outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Description
*Manage and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
*Perform credit checks for new customers and manage credit limits.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.
*Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
*Prepare accurate reports on accounts receivable status.
*Assist with the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
*Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
*A commitment to professional ethical standards in line with company policy.
Job Offer
*Hourly rate between £13.33 - £14.36
